Privacy Policy

CharterRN collects only the information you choose to submit through the early-access form: first name, email address, state, primary service interest, and contact consent. The site does not create accounts, collect payments, run analytics or advertising scripts, or use product application data.

How the information is used

CharterRN uses the submission to understand demand by state and service, prioritize rollout, and contact you about early access and product updates. Submitting the form does not create an account or purchase.

Where the information is handled

Netlify hosts this website and stores early-access submissions. Netlify may also send submission notifications to CharterRN. Routine request data, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time, may be processed underNetlify's privacy policy. Submission records stay in Netlify for no more than 12 months unless you become a customer or renew consent. CharterRN reviews retained submissions monthly and deletes them sooner when the early-access list ends or you withdraw consent by replying to a CharterRN message.

Keep sensitive information out

Do not submit client, patient, health, employment-health, payment, or other sensitive information. The form has no message field or file upload for that reason. If you want a submission deleted after CharterRN contacts you, reply to that message. If CharterRN has not contacted you, the record is still deleted automatically within 12 months.
