CharterRN is a practice-in-a-box being built for registered nurses starting their own cash-pay businesses. The planned product brings formation guidance, insurance referral support, contracts, booking, records, and payments into one guided system. Each capability stays unavailable until its legal, provider, security, and launch gates pass.

The rules are simple and they do not bend. You hold the license and you own the practice. Clients pay you directly, into your own account. We never take a percentage of what you earn, we never employ you, and we never touch the care. CharterRN sells software and educational content, nothing else.

It is built by an RN and nurse leader who has spent years watching skilled nurses stay stuck because the business side looked like a minefield. The answer to "can I even do this?" should not cost a stack of disconnected tools or a guess. That is the product.
