What is CharterRN?
A practice-in-a-box being built for registered nurses starting independent cash-pay businesses. After documented attorney review, the scope checker will publish signed state-and-service guidance. The app is designed to guide formation and practice operations, but public accounts are not open yet.
What can I use right now?
The public CharterRN site, product tour, pricing, and scope checker are open without a password. The software app is not accepting public accounts yet. State-by-service answers publish separately only after documented attorney sign-off.
Where do I start?
Start with the product tour, use the scope checker to review the documented status for your state and service, then request early access. Joining the list does not create an account or require a payment.
What will it cost?
Planned launch pricing is a one-time $499 Launch package, then a flat subscription at $79 per month for Practice or $149 per month for Practice+, with annual options. These plans are not available for purchase. CharterRN will not charge a percentage of care revenue.
Do you take a cut of what I earn?
No. The planned model never takes a percentage of what you earn. Clients will pay you directly into your own account, and CharterRN plans to charge a flat subscription. Public accounts and purchases are not open yet.
What is the scope checker?
Pick your state and the services you want to explore. A state-and-service answer can appear only after a licensed healthcare attorney signs it, with its conditions, citations, reviewer, review date, and version. No signed answers are on file today.
Why are no state answers published yet?
Because no attorney sign-off is on file. Research drafts exist, but drafts never publish as legal conclusions. Every answer waits for a licensed healthcare attorney to sign off.
Who builds CharterRN?
An RN and nurse leader who has spent years watching skilled nurses stay stuck because the business side looked like a minefield. Every scope answer must receive licensed healthcare attorney sign-off before it can publish.
Does this website collect my information?
Only if you submit the early-access form. It collects first name, email, state, primary service interest, and contact consent so CharterRN can prioritize rollout and contact you. Netlify stores the submission. Do not submit client, patient, health, payment, or other sensitive information. The site has no account creation, advertising scripts, or payment collection.
Does CharterRN give legal or medical advice?
No. CharterRN provides software and educational content for independent nursing businesses. It is not a law firm, a staffing agency, or a healthcare provider, and it does not give legal or medical advice. Published scope content is educational and attorney-reviewed; for advice about your specific situation, talk to your own attorney.
